Marrakech to Merzouga - 3 days 2 nights - Best part of our holiday in Morocco My friend and I went on the 3 days tour Marrakech to Merzouga desert; we were picked up from our riad by Mohammed in his clean 4WD. We can honestly say that this tour was the highlight of our 8-night stay in Morocco; seeing the Todra Gorges and of course staying the night camping in the desert with Berber food and music party being especially unique. On the first day; we stayed at a very clean hotel in Dades, as well as the first hotel, which is very well equipped and great for relaxing in after a long day.

Our driver/guide picked us up at 08:30 and took good care of us, giving his best to show us the authentic Morocco. On the way, we drove through the High Atlas Mountains with its magnificent N Tichka Pass (2260 m). We had several stops on the way to Dades valley through the famous Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou Kasr, the Roses valley, Skoura village, and the road of thousand Kasbahs provides numerous photo opportunities.
