Overview:
This private 1-day trip from Marrakech takes you to the peaceful coastal city of Essaouira. This walled harbor town, a fortified city from the late 18th century on Morocco’s Atlantic Coast is home to a cast port with an abundance of seagulls that are always rising in cost and an old medina filled with local artisans.
Lunch is not included, but you can choose from a wide range of restaurants that serve fresh fish and seafood. Hotel pickup and drop off in Marrakech included.
You will be transported to Essaouira by yourself after leaving Marrakech for your own 1-day trip Marrakech-Essaouira. The landscape of Morocco is vast and breathtaking.
You may also see some dispersed villages, as well as camels and sheep in the countryside.
Argan trees, which only grow in the wild, are then replaced by vegetation that produces berries for goats.
This multi-purpose oil, which is used in cooking, cosmetics, and even in the beauty industry, is highly regarded for its use in the Argan tree.
You’ll see a stunning aerial view of Essaouira. This blue and white town is a fascinating and artistic place. You can explore the wonders of Essaouira at your own pace once you arrive.
Take a stroll along the quays to observe fisherman unloading their daily catch and fishing boats heading back to shore. Alternatively, enjoy the fresh seafood and fish served in the area’s many excellent eateries.
Essaouira is a beautiful and diverse town. You can explore the historical ramparts, and the Medina where local artisans sell their thuya-wood crafts.
The ramparts of this Moroccan coastal city will provide you with an insight as to how well-armed this ancient seaport village used to be against invasion.

Fantastic Essaouira Day Trip Essaouira may be a fantastic place; a requirement for Moroccan adventure. Our tour guide/driver For this trip is Youssef. I never posted any reviews on any apps or online, but at this point, I feel there's a requirement on behalf of me to write down a review for them. Youssef is a superb and professional guide with an honest heart. He educated us on the history, culture, and other people of Morocco. this is often the primary tour we took in Morocco, and with him sharing his knowledge with us, we learned a lot about the country. On our way back to the town, he stopped at an unconscious person on the road and called people’s attention nearby for help. He also followed all the security and drive traffic controls. We felt really safe together with his driving. We are very happy and satisfied with his behavior.
Essaouira Day Trip to the Seaside, port & souk A beautiful place to go to far away from Marrakech. It's unique in its own way. It took us around 2 hrs. On the way, we stopped by a tremendous place where all the goats were on the trees like flowers. My 3yr old son and that I held a cute little goat. it had been so lovely. Beautiful port with many boats and a view from the old fort. The souk is extremely big with many restaurants, shops and a mosque. it had been prayer time and that I prayed in one among the mosques, then we visited to find a restaurant to eat. I need to recommend this restaurant because it was tucked away. it's called the Rempart. They made a gorgeous grilled fish lunch with chips, salad, bread, and that I ordered some milky tea. Absolutely delicious and great Moroccan ambiance. Lovely furnishing. We shopped a touch then visited by some frozen dessert for my son at an outside frozen dessert place. Lovely day, Completely different to Marrakech.
